I like the new Knight Rider Car!

to you who is bitching about the fact that people want this to be a TA, SHUT THE FUCK UP. The reason they’re bitching is because it completely defiles the previous legacy. You’d probably hear the same people bitching if the new Dukes of Hazzard movie used a chevelle or GTO. It makes fucking sense, so why don’t you reach back and pull that blue oval out of your ass and stop getting so damn defensive you fucking prick.

to every1 who is bitching about how the car looks its a comic car so quit hating and enjoy its just a car that was created for a tv show. kinda like those p.o.s. ricers that are featured in fast and furious. my personal opinion is that’ “who needs all the lights and extra weight of a ground effect kit when its all about whats underneath the hood and who’s driving.”

All of you who are bitching that the original KIT was a TA, well maybe if there was a TA still around TODAY they would have used one. Hmmmmmm, where are the camaros and firebids??? exactly. The mustang stomped all of them. They no LONGER EXIST. SO if they were that great, i am sure they would still be around. Turns out they are not. That has to be the ugliest thing i have ever seen. And i LOVE mustangs. Not only that, but this “badass attack car” is an AUTOMATIC! WTF!!! Whoever helped design this car should be murdered.

For a car that is just for looks, they didnt do a bad job. But they skimped on the interior, KITT had a fully custom dash. And it was a TRANS-AM, has noone seen the new Camaro and its concept counterpart the trans-am version, They’ve been essentially the same car since they were made. That would’ve only made sense and that just cant be done. GM all the way baby.

All i have to say is Mustang…Really..That’s what would turn a great series into a movie joke…WoW

the front looks SICK but everything from the doors to the back is UGLY!! it will probably look cooler in action. and that snow globe thing will probably be some sort of high tech touch computer thing. can’t wait for the show to start!

I think a close to stock GT500KR totally blacked out(black wheels, ford racing chin spoiler and yeah maybe just a flat sheetmetal drag race spoiler, and tone down that side exhaust), i understand that the car was made for david hasselhoff fans to stare and say ‘ooh look how shiney it is’ but actual car guys like us would watch it too but it looks like they too the street racers from the movie Cars and made them for the show

this car looks extremely cheesey to me the wheels are hidious that spoiler looks like it should b on a beat up honda civic…the best thing about it is the lambos and the front bumper but everything else sucks..o and whats the point of havin a bad ass mustang if its automatic..wheres the fun in that

knight rider gone knight ricer…List of things that look like shit on this car: giant spoiler, rear bumper ass lift, snow globe?, wheels, lambo doors, and to top it off its an automatic…weak. Should have just taken a stock GT500, added a nav unit and goofy knight rider light on the front, that would have been more legit.

Looks like a car that Satan’s 17 year old son would drive. Not a fan…and it’s a fuckin AUTO…I mean I understand it’s supposed to be a computerized car so you shouldn’t be shifting it yourself…but goddamn…hide the auto shifter then at least.

unless it has an airride suspension, its nolt driveable. It erks me that the door scoops don’t match up to the widebody kit on the rear fenders. Then there’s the “early stepside truck” steps to cover the pritruding exhaust. ( Shakes head) Apparently, it transforms into a truck too, so this make sense I guess.

the rims are ugly but they are set up like nhra dragsters, the spoilers are to hold it to the road like nascar, lambo doors and body kit is to make it futuristic, (p.s. for all you muscle car guys talk all you want but i bet you cant take a STOCK SUSPENSION 60’s modles car and run it over 165mph without it being all over the road)

OK #1 the wheel choice and size are completely laughable, pick as size go low profile or go drag slicks and the solid wheels look completely stupid on the front they might work in back. #2 The front chin spoiler is awful it looks like a snow plow. #3 That rear wing is entirely too big it looks like something out of ‘Need For Speed’ and with it that large and that tall it can’t be that effective. #4 The interior looks completely stock aside from the Momo steering wheel and the shiny ball thing in the dash, but seriously come on what happened to the computers and the airplane look alike dash and steering wheel. Other than that it looks pretty sweet and I think the Lambo doors work since it’s supposed to be a futuristic car.

I just don’t like it, something about it just makes me want to vomit…

There is a few things that bug me about the car more than anything. 1: the freakin doors. Apparently scissor doors make the car faster? no. 2: the wheel and tire combo. It is just ugly, they aren’t even close to the same size. and 3 is that HUGE spoiler. Come on folks, KITT is not a ricer…or is it? I am a Mustang lover, but I honestly think that KITT should have come back as a Camaro or Firebird. Kinda like the Charger should have come back with 2 doors…not 4.

I think they could have made alot more viewers if they waited and used the camaro. come on, it comes out in January. Those wheels should be some basic 5 spokes, but keep the back tires. lambo doors belong on a………wait for it………LAMBO!!!!!

Oh its not gay…It is overdone. The wheel tire ratio front to back is all wrong. Today’s super cars all ride on low profiles.
I miss the video screens, and a dash that made sense for KITT. This thing looks slightly warmed over. Whats with the snow globe sticking out of the dash? A momo steering wheel? Whats with that? Any body could trick out a car to look this wierd. There is nothing unique about it.
KITT (the original) was unique from the word go because we wern’t used to the new firebird body style yet.
Not hatin on you stang owners, but we’ve seen the stang. It anit new anymore. The Challenger, and Camaro are still very fresh and unique to the scene today.
so its clear George Barris isn’t creating cars for TV anymore, and Ford paid the most money to have its product race across tv weekly.
Lets just hope the series has better, more realistic action than the tv movie.(If the bad guys are going to crash in a new ford, then by god CRASH!)
I hope rolling out this car early will give the production crew an idea of how to revise this thing to better suit the public (thier paycheck!)…

they should’ve just kept like the TV movie, at least that one looked cool all blacked out and stuff. This one just looks tacky and stupid, and might make me reconsider watching the show.

this car has a lot of sweet different design elements to it like the tailights and everything, but all together on one car its too much an all over the place, the front looks like its trying ot be a custom frme dragger, the back looks like and old 60’s gasser drag car with those rims, awesome parts of the car, but all together i dont like it

God Damn Walter was right NBC stands for Nothing But Crap. This is an autotrocity to Knight Rider. I remember I had the Knight Rider Peddle car and pjs so I was a big lil fan of the show and adored the Trans Am. But Oh my God this is terrible. The Trans Am in attack mode look good but this is disgusting. Enough said.

Finally! Something that all of cardomain can agree on! This is simply disrespectful to the OG KITT. I was so excited to finally see pictures of the new KITT as a Mustang, since everyone else was talking about it. Now I have to say, I’m thoroughly disappointed. For one, they could have made a “make-believe” Trans Am or something, but a Mustang?!!! Two, this looks like some body ate a bad meal and threw up… this is what came out. Knight Rider producers, marketing execs, and researchers, please do us a favor and at least take the Boeing 747 wing off and those podiatric shoes-for-rims off. Regardless, I will still be a Knight Rider fan but a little help here would be great.

The Stang is a great platform to build on, but this thing looks like they let a bunch of 12 year olds on Redbull throw all their hotrod fantasy’s on one car. Maybe that’s the demographic market they’re looking for…

I don’t get how lambo door relate to attacking??? The rear end no longer resembles any form of Mustang what so ever. To top it all off, I really don’t like the snow globe on the dash.

Lucky for me I recently ended my digital cable subscription so now I wont have to decide whether to watch or not. No TV equals a more productive me!

this car, like the chick’s shoes in the third pic down, is an abomination. KITT as a mustang is mistake number one. Then add all the hokey scoops, whale-tail of a wing, polished dish wheels, and all the other one-off bolt on crap and you just end up with pure silliness. Someone being persued by this incarnation of KITT would be caught simply because of the wreck they’d inevitably have from laughing uncontrollably at the sight of this clown car in their rear-view mirror.

I was cool with KITT coming back as a Mustang in the TV Movie, but this transformer crap has KITT jumping the shark before the series even starts.

if they changed the rims and maybe take the “hood scoops” off i think its an alright car. I personally like the “attack-mode” from the 2-hr movie better than this car, but i guess if i watch a couple of episode i think this car will grow on me.
