It looks like its in pretty decent shape for an old neglected car. hey as long as you can fit a pretty decent and affordable engine in it, custom interior work, new paint job and wheels, this would look like a fun and somewhat affordable project. the most expensive thing to do though would be to find a grill

Almost written in English. But not quite. I want to hear the talking pictures. And "bumpers worth's", whatever that is.

Back to the car - looks like a good candidate for some cutting and hacking. A roadster pickup would be nice. Then it could rust in peace.
