Burly Datsun Pickup!

Dale says his ’71 Datsun pickup has been through the wringer—he’s had it four-wheelin’ in nearly every imaginable kind of punishing terrain. Then in 1988, he began a complete resto on the truck, and it’s been a work in progress ever since. It’s running a small-block 350, and looks super-clean. I’m curious about the diamond-plate box behind the cab with the electric cooling fans—is that a radiator relocation, or a secondary radiator? See more at Dale’s ride page.
