SEMA Wants You
By Rob Einaudi
Editor-in-Chief
Our buddies at SEMA have a new Automotive Lifestyles survey. It’s a pretty good way to waste time at work on a Monday, and hey, you might even win $100. We also thought most of you guys would strongly agree with the statement in question #1.

SEMA needs support from the enthusiast base. No question about it. This kind of detail goes to member companies who lobby Congress to keep car owners from onerous Federal legislation. My employer uses this info to make sure we get the right materials out into the aftermarket for people to use. It’s a good thing to see SEMA reaching out like this to get a good picture of the fan base. Without SEMA, car culture would suffer.

Spam? C’mon, now. SEMA does a great job promoting the industry and helping the aftermarket. Look at what the SAN has done! I bet you don’t even know what that is.

I stopped myself after this one (the very first statement): “Thinking about the one vehicle you have spent the most money modifying with custom parts and accessories,” – spam sucks. How bout the least money most years and hardly had to do a thing, all modifying is for fun…and then tell them it is debadged because you own it and manufacturing is a bonehead. what would thier survey do then? where is that survey going?
