Washing a Lambo With Water From a Fountain? What?

While there might be a justification for this impromptu car wash—bird shit, hyper-acidic tree sap, bum vomit—I can only speculate as what that could possibly be. The only things this clip shows are some dude in Bucharest repeatedly crossing traffic to fetch water from a fountain, dumping it on the yellow Gallardo, and rubbing the Italian Stallion with a rag. What the hell happened here? And where did the guy get the bucket? I can’t imagine he was carrying it around in the Lamborghini…
