Fiat 500 vs. Ford Ka: Which Would You Choose?

neither lol. although they both prolly get great gas mileage i just couldnt see myself in something like those boxes. lol i am 6′4 weigh about 350 and just dont think i could squeeze in something like those. lol

this is a hard one. with gas prices on the rise I would probably go with the ford ka. Im in the great state of WI. and gas is like 3.85 a gallon! and with rising costs it only makes sense to get a little commuter to go to and from work. it wouldnt be my only car though…..gotta keep the tuner sprirt alive.

If I had no other choice I’d take the fiat, my sister over in ireland has little fiat its pretty cool car.

Although I deeply love the Fiat I keep getting pulled back to the Ka, something about it just tells my brain to pick it and make a mini rally car [similar to the Ford Focus], so that’s what I would do. Get the Ka and make a mini rally car.

My vote for Fiat 500. All the rumors pointing that Fiat MIGHT be here in America in 2010. Also “Top Gear” gave Fiat stellar review. Ford on the other hand looks like reincarnation of Fiesta. SMART was the FIRST micro car here, but more will come! Toyota will have iQ next year, hopefully Mazda and Mitsubishi will step up too.

Anybody who doesn’t know how the original Fiat 500 looked like would definitely choose the Ka for its “more modern” looks. But, being a lover of all those retro rides (Beetle, Mustang, Thunderbird, Mini Cooper, and now the Camaro), and knowing the old 500, I’d choose the Fiat 500 hands down over the Ford Ka. Besides, I’ve known those old Fiats to be well-engineered cars. I wanna believe they still are.
