Notice how we always learn of these “spectacular” fails with new and highly desired cars? The f-up’s can easily be attributed to lack of time and experience behind the wheel of the new vehicle. I’m not saying the driver’s were so much inexperienced, they just don’t/didn’t have or take enough time to learn the car’s behaviors. Even professional racers “warm-up” to a particular car before they start pushing its limits.

These drivers were certainly not professionals.

’tis true, the word “spectacular” can mean something completely different. Might want to check the online dictionary to reinforce or discount your perceptions next time before getting out the torches and pitchforks.

I want to address the 2 comments that complain about Jen’s use of the word spectacular. If you look that word up in a dictionary it does not mean “wow that was cool.” It is being used more in the sense of “this is really odd that rare cars have wrecked.” Per the Webster definition, any car wreck that causes people to stop and stare is technically a spectacle. (whether someone died or not) I personally would have used a word that is less up to interpretation, but to each their own…
