Lambo Crashes And Burns: Wreckage Video Shows Almost Nothing Left
By Jen Dunnaway
Editor
I don’t know if it’s a full moon or what, but the spate of exotic car wrecks that took place over the Labor Day weekend continues with yet another fatality. This one happened on Saturday when a 30-year-old guy in California drove a lime-green Murcielago through a guardrail and flew off a freeway, landing on a parking structure below and bursting into flames. The extremely sad post-wreck video below shows how absolutely the Lambo was destroyed. More details at Edmunds.

Waw, all that is left is a pile! It does not even look like a car, it should be traveling into a 10-wheels dumper rather than a tow-truck… pieces may fly off during the ride.

Jen, smart avoidance of the word “spectacular”.

All I have to say is that Labor Day weekend is known for a higher than normal amount of accidents. (yes I realize that the Veyron wreck was not in the US, but it does help explain the increase in exotics crashing) This weekend normally is not only a big party holiday that leads to unfortunate drunk driving but it is also one of the last nice weekends of the summer to take non-winter cars out on the road for some fun before the snow flies. Did anyone else notice that all 4 accidents in todays blog were single car accidents?
Now that you have your wrecks out of your system Jen, I think you need to find something happy to post.
