Scion Gearing Up For SEMA
By Jen Dunnaway
Editor
At last year’s SEMA show, a lot of people were saying the sport-compact thing was dead, but the haterism hasn’t stopped Scion for putting together a burly effort for this year’s extravaganza. Their booth last year was pretty spectacular, and this time around they’re going for an even more over-the-top fleet of customized vehicles. One section will be devoted to the Scion tC Tuner Challenge, for which the company is commissioning artists and builders to create specialty-themed tCs that draw inspiration from things like Bonneville Salt Flats racers and vintage touring cars. See more artists’ renderings below the jump, and check out details on the tCs and other SEMA-bound Scions here.

the cars are cool except for the middle one but the first one is kinda weird, putting an off set well size on a front wheel drive vehicle is just dumb even in a drawling or show.

Not too keen on the middle one, but the other two – I could look at that all day long.
