Well are the R35 owners braking insurance policy by driving the car without dynamic car control??? If so, why the hell would they give them the option to drive without it???

ALSO IN THE NEWS:

GM shares tumble 31 percent to 58-year low

On Thursday, GM's stock sunk to its lowest in 58 years. There is speculation that the expiration of the 3-week ban on short selling stocks has added to GM's woes, in addition to the virtual lockup of financing in the market.

GM relies heavily on financing, and if they cannot provide financing, they cannot sell cars. European auto makers are also starting to exhibit slumping sales, and may find themselves in dire straits as well unless conditions improve.

This is shaping up to be a global event, and the U.S. economy is believe it or not in better shape than some other economies around the world, so whether businesses directly rely on the American market won't necessarily make a difference in their survival or demise.

Here's to hoping things will turn around as a result of governments' desperate measures, but it's looking like the landscape is going to change, folks... no matter what.
