In-Car Video of Guy Backing Over Cop Car

Remember that cantankerous old dude who drove backwards into the windshield of a cop car after receiving a speeding ticket last spring? Well, the police in-car video of the incident seems to have surfaced. It’s funny, because the officer specifically asks him to "proceed on [his] way"… as in, forwards. Old guy must’ve thought it was Opposites Day.
