History of the GT-R
By John Coyle
Editor
Ok, I’ll admit I’ve been a little less than thrilled with the GT-R lately. But that’s actually due to some of the price-gouging—remember that this machine was supposed to list for $70,000—and the fact that the nannies at Nissan apparently don’t want buyers to actually drive its halo car. But I’ve never said Godzilla wasn’t wicked fast, and I think the GT-R is a marvelous piece of engineering. So I enjoyed the hell out of this National Geographic piece which details the history of the model and the development of the current gen. Be warned: this video is over 45 minutes long, and it’s tough to stop watching.

Yeah a little childish, true it didn’t talk smack about the REAL history but still a sweet video!

I didn’t like this video, and I thought it was childish.
It didn’t mention anything about the REAL history of the marque, all it spoke of was the new R35.
Not to mention, parts of it were false.
