How many of you have priced professional paint jobs or airbrush jobs. Four, five thousand dollars and you are out of your car for at least two three weeks.

A vehicle wrap can be installed in one day. For a decent wrap decent designer you would be out two to three thousand. And if you ever wanted to sell your car, you remove the wrap.

Its a much more affordable, customizable, and quicker.

the crazy part about it is, in the time it’ll probably take them to get that wrap on perfect someone could’ve painted a whole car, but i guess at some point it’ll be good for something

It’s a good idea if you plan on selling the car after a while, but still wanna custom paint it because of the fact that it may cost the same to paint it as it does to wrap it, but you have to pay the painters twice when you want to go back to the original color if you don’t get a wrap.

With working in the Auto-Body Industry, I have noticed more and more cars sporting the vinyl wraps. I think that they are great, Helps resale value of car when your done. Tons of companies use it for large trucks so when they go to sell it, its not bright yellow, but white. I dont think painting cars will go away any time soon because of the cost of a vinyl wrap is the same as a “custom” paint job. Until manufacturers start using it on production, painting still has a life for a long time.
