Scion tC P-40 Warhawk edition
World War II is officially over, because now we have a Japanese car decorated like an Allied bomber. This tC built by Eddie Hahm gets points for over-the-topness. The interior is full of vintage aircraft styled bits, including old perforated steel seats.

D-U-M-B, ok? It’s ostensibly a Toyota trying to claim something American is part of its heritage. A Mustang with a similar paintjob and treatment would make WAY more sense. Y’know, P-51, Mustang, kinda works…I think that’s why Roush did it, although this treatment is way more aggressive.

I’d love to see the interior. The outside is pretty cheesy, but I dunno – the louvred hood is kinda cool looking.

Japanese “steel” dressed up in an allied bomber theme? I guess it’s a notch above going with the jap Zero theme but it’s still woefully wrong.

Sweet! but the AMS Evo 9 is way better! (if you haven’t seen it, they have the same paint scheme)

I’d rock those wheels on an xB, but not the tC

I bet those steel seats would feel real good after baking in the sun…there is nothing like leaving a burn mark. That’s why I ditched my aluminum shift knob, it was way to hot to touch during the summer months in Arizona.
