Casting Call for Bullrun Season II

By Rob Einaudi

Editor-in-Chief

I just talked to Andy Duncan and Bullrun Season II is on. This is the reality show, not the rally. Filming begins in December, and the show will air February on SPEED Channel. They are casting NOW. Full details on how to get on TV with your ride after the jump.

Casting Call for Bullrun Season II

Here’s the word from Andy Duncan of Bullrun:

Casting for Bullrun II

We’re casting for driving teams AND flag girls.

1. All applicants need to be 21+ by December ‘08

2. Driver and co-driver must have a full valid drivers licence.

3. Vehicles must be fully insured etc

4. Applicants need to understand what Bullrun is and be prepared to put their vehicles through Bullrun challenges.

5. Applicants do not have to be US citizens, they can be from anywhere.

6. Filming is in December 08, the show airs February 09 on SPEED Channel

Three Ways to Apply

1. Set up a profile at Bullrun.com – our casting crew research all the profiles on the site for show entrants.

2. Email photos and video of yourself, your co-driver and car to bullruncasting@gmail.com

3. E-mail your Car Domain profile link to bullruncasting@gmail.com

Either way the information MUST include:

1. Full names of drivers

2. Relationship between drivers…friends, relatives, co-workers etc?

3. Both Ages

4. Occupations

5. Hometown

6. Type of car – make, model and any special modifications

7. Why should you be on Bullrun?

8. A maximum 5 minute video addressing all of the above and including both drivers and an overview of the car and why they want to do Bullrun is always best.

no offense to season two but i liked season one cars better. it seems to me that bullrun season 2 is going for more of the wow factor, i am just hoping that team solstice wins, so pontiac has 2 wins!

I’m looking forward to watching it on Speed since I’m not in a position to enter. The 1st show was great to watch.

I got laid off in May!!!! This would be an excellent reason to spend my unemployment money…. I’m sponsored by the tax payers.

I think with this economy in trouble, speed should sponsor the cars, built by real everyday people that just can’t afford to do it on their income.that way it levels the playing field.

so kinda confused here cause they said reality show and not the rally. is it going to be like season one where they just raced to the points and in the end they won like $10k if i remember correctly.??

Finally! I would enter but my car is too similar to the last winner. It would be boring, its already been determined that a red 4th gen Fbody is better than all other cars. ;) time for another car to try it out.

funny, wonder if the 2003 nerdmobile would fare in the bullrun? :P
maybe it’d need some NOS first

I was asked to be on that show for SpikeTV. They called me, e-mailed me and even asked me to send in a videoS to them. I did everything they wanted turns out i didn’t get picked. My guess is that I didn’t look like your average Spiketv viewer. The 23 to 29 year old male with the 5 clock shadow growing. The guy who looks like he could be in a rock band look.

Sorry SpikeTV i wasn’t good enough for you

If I was 21, I would put my multi show winner 85 Pontiac GP through the Bullrun…some would say stupid, I would say I disagree.

MAN!!!! Dang on how come you have to be older for like EVERY competition you want to enter…lol, I mean, for real. If this thing was 18 and older I would SOOOO take the truck out there, 316K or not….lol. And I also LOVE the fact that Mr.Angry is under the tent, and not the car that ACTUALLY won, though we ALL know Mr.Angry would have had he been able to do the parking garage challenge…..lol, Good Luck to anyone who enters, and let us know if you make it so we can watch and pull for ya!!
