Fun Little Rollover Video

One of my college roommates went to school in South Carolina, and he used to talk about how his buddies would go out wheeling roll their CJs down hills on purpose. I thought that sounded crazy, but he assured me they always had a good time and cuts and bruises were the extent of the injuries. So when I saw the title of the video Tyler posted, I thought this might be a clip documenting recreation rolling. It’s not, but it’s still pretty cool. I like how you can hear one of the driver’s friends yelling "hang on" as he starts to go over. Enjoy.

yeah Derrick, I agree. It happens, and is usually fun when it does, as long as you don’t break too much. And it makes for a good story later.

Obviously none of the posters below me know a damn thing about driving off road. It doesn’t matter how good you are, when dealing with uneven terrain, loose dirt, rocks ans so many other variables even the best wheelman is gonna roll one eventualy. That’s why there’s a roll cage on the damn thing. I’ve never rolled mine… yet, but I’m sure eventually some lose dirt’ll reach out and whip my ass. lol.

Love that little puff of dirt as the front wheel hits the ground again, just makes it seem so much more final. Gives you a feel for just how much that guy just failed.
