Caption Contest: This Week’s Winner!

Since I loved this picture so much, I wasn’t terribly surprised that I loved this week’s Caption Contest winner so much! So who is it? Well, even though meth is a terrible drug that makes for ugly smiles and ruined lives, it’s still good for a laugh.
