If they get rid of V8′s all together, then I think they should be damned to they fiery pits of Hell! Because there is still some of us that “need” them. Here’s hoping something as tragic as that will never happen. (And no I didn’t read through the whole plan.)

They should focus on squeezing out as much power and efficiency from their V6′s and 4′s. There’s some room for improvement there and no excuses for not succeeding.

I wonder if my boss will deny me a raise, saying I already make 78,000 times what at least 2 of the big three COO’s make? I guess I could counter that I’ve been doing a much better job.

Replace 8′s with 6′s and 6′s with 4′s? So im going to pay out my ass in the future if i want a V8. . . Great. . .

One thing that gets on my nerves is that in the table under “Fuel efficiency improvements” they are optimistically saying 55% cars will be flex fuel and there will be 15 hybrid models, yet the projected average efficiency is still a wasteful 37.3 MPG.

But I still think they’ll get funding looking at the projected liquidity graph (though I don’t know how accurate it is).
