I have heard alot of stupid comments about gas prices. I don’t know how old most of you people are, but if you are the future of this country, we are doomed. Offshore drilling would take another 5 years to realize a difference in the price of gas in this country. OPEC will always be in control, and this is the root of the gas problem. This country should have forced automakers into electric cars along time ago, but the automakers wouldn’t see the profits they have always seen. To the people who don’t want to drive an electric car, why don’t you try walking! Unless you were here for 1929, you have no clue how bad things can get. One more point, the Republicans had 8 years, and yes they made a big mess. Most of you are a bunch of bigots when it comes to our new President. I spent 8 months in the South awhile back, it was 8 months too long!

Too bad some of you can’t write a complete sentence without a swear word. Gas in Washington state is $1.89, every day it continues to go up. Someone said it always goes down in the winter. I have a news flash, it is still winter. And… how do you like the global warming. I’m 65-years old, lived most of my life in Washington state and have witnessed colder winters and warmer winters in my life time. We have a lot of idiots running this country – Democrats and Republicans!

its 1.81 here in upstate new york bordering canada maybe ill just go to canada to get gas fuck it haha but its been at 1.81 for almost 2-2.5 weeks now dont think its gonna rise to much around here no one can afford used cars let alone brand new ones

where i’m at it went up about 15 cents just yesterday alone. it was $1.45 when i went to work, and when i left it was $1.59.

Depends on how many (if any) car manufacturers disappear… if some do, it could get down to under a dollar. if none do, it could go back up to what it was begining of the year.

It was down to 1.59 around here. now its at 1.84. it just started to climb over the weekend. i went a lil out of the way on the ride home last night to fill the tank for 1.74.

Low gas prices will not mean a thing, if everyone is unemployed and cannot afford it. Prices went down because they developed a surplus. Everyone around the world is tight on money so they are spending less, and that includes buying gas. The only way I see gas going back up is because of a deliberate move or some terrorists blow up some pipe lines. The only way Obama will change the price of Oil is if he tells them too.

They only rose because OPEC is saying that they will cut production. But two things are going to happen. One, OPEC will not cut production as much as they’re currently saying because they can’t afford to, and two, when stocks are sold before the end of the year for tax purposes, the price of gas will fall again.

It went up 20 cents, but is going back down. Quit trying to start a riot. Like it honestly matters how much gas is. We are all still going to put it in our cars and trucks and drive. Someone said screw big oil, and yes that would be great but instead of drilling here for our own oil and telling OPEC to go to hell the Liberals want to keep bending over and taking it from OPEC while looking for that magical alternative fuel that us Americans do not want. Tell Nacy Pelozi and Barack Hussein Obama we want to drive our cars that we own because we like them. Who here wants to get some panzy electric car? Only a few pencil necks. As Americans we need to stop bitching about the price of gasoline, and start bitching about the fact that it comes from OPEC. Drill here, drill now. Petrol prices here in Australia (in my city anyway) are very reasonable. Prices have been coming down for a good 2 months now, with the lowest iv’e seen being 86c to the litre. Not to bad for us guys. We have always been more expensive then the US, but when you compare apples with apples, our prices arn’t to bad.
