Clean Celica!

I remember when my friend’s parent’s bought one of these new in the early 80s. Brings back memories! You definitely don’t see many as clean as Bindanoe’s ’84 Celica.

I came across a MINT 1980 Toyota Cressida over the weekend.
Everything on this car was perfect, 75k miles and flawless exterior. Even the badges were in good shape.

I almost bought one of those a few months ago. I ended up buying the Cordoba instead though.

Ugly as sin, but I wouldn’t mind having one around so I could tool around with it. 200HP in that little car would do well!

ugly. and stinks. I remember those cars. the bellowy inline vibrated the drivers door as it spewed pcv type stuff through vents until the engine blew….and that was all of the inlines with rwd back then. Oh they are so spectacular. I just want to keep one clean and call it “precious” amd call at it like a kitten. Come hereprecious my little luvvy duvvy hoochy koo..Where else can I be a jerk today.
