Challenger R/T vs. Camaro SS: Too Close To Call!!!
By Rob Einaudi
Editor-in-Chief
Going into this week’s Showroom Showdown I was pretty sure the Camaro would win. And some people thought that this match-up was unfair since the Challenger has been out for a while and there has been so much anticipation around the Camaro. But when I counted the 120+ votes I came up with a dead heat! Heck, a lot of people voted for both! (I really enjoyed Blake87′s rant about t-tops.) So props to Dodge and Chevy. I guess we’ll have to take this one to the drag strip…

The Challenger is clearly the winner here. The Challenger has been out for a while now and the Camaro? The thing that makes the Challenger the winner is the fact that Dodge went back to the american muscle style. But with the Camaro leaning more towards concept style.

So what your saying is the Challenger won? Yep and the winner is the CHALLENGER!

Both are pretty, but for sheer design, the challenger wins.

So by default the Camaro wins because it’s name comes earlier alphabetically.
