Twin-Engine Drag Cars

Our Monday Time Killer posts have often directed you to web sites with tons of photos to look at, and this one follows suit: It’s a site that claims to have 475-plus images of twin-engine drag cars, mostly from the past but some in the present. It’s called Two To Go.
The site is cool not just for the retro imagery, but because it’s also a registery or log of all the multi-engine cars ever built. As of this writing the place has come up with 193 of them, but is always seeking more info an more photos. What can you share?

my dad used to know a guy who had a chevy pickup with an engine in the back that powered the front wheels and an engine in the front that powered the back wheels

Love looking at these old pictures. They are real gem’s in motor racing history. Nice, interesting post.
