My 2010 Ride

While Rob was out at Detroit partying it up and having a blast I told him that he had to do one thing for me. I made him promise to check out the smart fortwo ED or simply said, the electric smart car.
In reality the smart fortwo ED won’t be much of a change from my smart but I’m crossing my fingers that the transmissions works a little smoother. For those of you who don’t know the smart’s tranny feels about like a 2-speed powerwheeel but either way the smart rocks! I think every CarDomain member needs one!

I’m headed to the airport, so that’s it for me for today. I had an awesome time—Detroit is an amazing town. Kathy and I have a bunch more pics and video that I will sort through and post over the next few days. But for now I’ll leave you with some shots from the Cobo rooftop where we parked every day. Katherine Rolls the Raptor

Ford SVT brought a Raptor Baja simulator to the NAIAS. Rob and I both tried it out—Rob at least made it to the end of the run. I managed to get turned around, drive backwards, and even roll it. No harm, no foul. Later on, I found out that some of the SVT guys had trouble with it, too!
