“Man Fuck The Trans Am Its All Bout The Camaro The Hottest In The Factory Right Now”

That is just wrong! Just because you disagree or maybe not even like the Firebird is no call for that kind of a statement.

Nice but it just can’t compare to a classical 67-69 Camaro.

I was reading some of the comments made about who hates what and what sucks. I also read a few comments defending all cars of choice and I would agree with these guy’s. I have owned Ford, GM and Dodge and we all can agree that they all have made some very decent cars and they have all made some not so very decent cars. I realy like the Mustang, Challenger and the Camaro. I agree everyone has the right to their oppinions and you can like what you want but it is so easy to trash talk and you miss out on some cool stuff if you don’t keep an opened mind.

Bout damn time after the years and years of delays. They are jus gonna cancel the camaros again, can’t keep up with the sales of the Mustang, the Real American lengend.

Viewing these photos I can already see the cut back on staff. Those poor 1000’s of laid off employees didn’t even get a chance to be a part of the rebirth of a great American legend. That’s why I am not supporting the big 3. They wasted their money and laid off 1,000’s as a result. Now they are begging for a bailout. Fuck them!

Love the Camaro. But it without a Firebird to run with is like Bo & Luke Duke without the General Lee. Not sorry!!! JMO.

no car’s power is dyno’d at the wheels from the factory, its always measured at the crank so it’ll probably have about 350 or so.

Chris
Feb 7, 2009 at 8:20 pm

matt, it doesnt have 422hp at the wheels
itll most likely be around 360rwhp
if it were 422rwhp, that would be great for a stock 30k car.

i really want to see how this car might turn out.. i really like the idea of bringing back the old muscle cars… but i wasnt too crazy about the charger and i really dont like the way the back of the new challenger and mustang look! the corvette still looks the same so i got nothing to say about it.. so i hope that with this car i get impressed.. and if it really turns out to bieng a nice car then i might just get one! who knows!

i agree with jay all the way… i am a ford owner too.. but i also own a mercedes and a lamborghini.. does that mean i should hate all the other car brands just cuz i dont own cars made by them???? come on we are all just car guys.. so lets stop with this crap!

YEaaaa Canada REPRESENT!

Jay
Feb 7, 2009 at 12:13 pm

now bryan why do you have to be so dumb? i said i like ford and i do not hate or say stupid things about other companies. I have an opinion and i do not like it when people do the kind of crap you do. Leave the trash talk about ford, honda, dodge, nissan, and whatever company you dont like to yourself. nobody wants to hear that crap. anyone can write “ford blows”. Please if you dont like a company or have something to say that involves firing on more than one cylinder then I would love to hear it. Id love to hear what company you like/represent so I can write something knowledgeable about it.

I customize my truck because i like to. no matter what i drive i will do the same. you represent the company you drive. i happen to be a ford fan that drives a Ranger and is proud of the work done to it.

i invite you to write any stupid comments and rate my truck 1 star if you are that kind of person but i, like others, have worked for the RESPECT of others to ear those stars. So here is my link but dont hate the logo unless you hare the craftsmanship!

Oh wait… chevy is gonna stop and put off everything again… for some reason chevy feels the need to put off production for a few more months to just release something that looks terrible. Okay… it does look better than the charger but thats not saying a lot. Hate to tell chevy but you they want to come out with a muscle car remake like the other major companies then it better look a whole lot better than that.

And buy the challenger. If you buy this one then you will pay a lot more for something that wont be worth much in the long run… hemi or that? Easy decision.

I am a ford guy all the way but I like vehicles from all companies. Hated the charger… love the challenger! Corvette looks the same which isnt a bad thing… camaro looks, well no comment. Love the 05-09 Mustang… they couldve done a better job on the 2010.

Why on Earth did they put a sunroof in a few of them? I’d order one with everything BUT that.

Kevin
Feb 7, 2009 at 6:46 am

I have seen some of the production peices to this car and some of the colour choices, it is an awsome car but there are some things I diss-like as well. I don’t think the dash is growing on me and there is too much plastic. Over all though it is a nice car and I am glad to see the Camaro back in the GM line up. I have wonderd which car I would buy if I could get either a Camaro or Challenger and I think it would be the Challenger but it is definatly a tough call.

This car here in Michigan has been priced at about 35k+ fully optioned out…tried to order one already but all 26 were bought…looking into getting the SS model but I may wait until they have every option available…422 Hp to the rear wheels factory isn’t so bad…can always be better of course hehe.

Dido what Josh said. I was frustrated when I popped the hood of one of the major muscle cars that is coming out while I was at the Seattle Auto Show (I think it was the charger). EVERYTHING was covered in boring black plastic.
