Get A Deal On An Ultra-Rare Bristol

By Jen Dunnaway

Time is definitely running out on this auction (it’s likely to be over by the time many of you read this), but I’d really like to see someone score this quirky-gorgeous hand-build Bristol 401 for a down-to-earth price. Its original engine has been swapped out for a dual-carbed Ford Falcon six, making it a reliable runner-driver and giving it a non-originality factor that should keep the sellers from demanding a Barrett-Jackson-sized ransom. It’ll be interesting to see if it makes its reserve! Check out a ton more pics on eBay.

It never made the reserve, pretty interesting auto but an insane pricetag for a fixer upper!
