There was a more detailed video about these on xbox live a little bit ago. They have full independet air suspension and 4 wheel steering. The guy they were interviewing on the video was standing in front of what looked like an assembly line for these things!
Apparently they were building these for the Halo movie that never got anywhere.

i don’t play those types of games, only games i play on my PS3 are racing games, but that would be cool as hell to drive down the road like its an oridinary car especially if someone is at the gun to lol, i like that it has rear steering to, i didn’t see it until the very end of the video, you can see it if you look at teh rear wheels after they pass the camera the 2nd time
