Clean Green Hornet
By Jen Dunnaway
Editor
Josh’s Hornet has already been through a full restoration, and he promises a built AMC 360 is on the way to replace the little 232 straight-six. Check out his page–I dig how he almost matches the car in his graduation robes.

Straight 6s may not always put out alot of hp, but they can be real torque monsters if properly tuned.

6 cyl sound like tractors? Guess you’ve never heard a well tuned 6 cyl.

Oh man, it’s even a hatchback!!! It’s perfect…love the color, car, everything. Instead of going 360, why not swap in a 258 with a Jeep 4.0L EFI head. Unique, reasonable power, and efficient as all get out. It might be my dream DD…right behind the Rambler American Wagon
