My Next Car: The VW GTD

OMG, it’s really happening! I’ve had confirmation of the planned GTD for months now, but it was coming from inside of VW so I took it with a grain of salt–a lot of wishful thinking comes out their operation. However, production GTDs have been spotted, and now the car is scheduled to show in Leipzig this week. I can’t wait–I’ve been quietly drooling over the prospect of getting this car in my driveway for nearly a year.

I know!!! I want this car so bad…I just doubt it’ll ever make it to the states.

VW’s are a hard sell sometimes and the ones that are the worst to sell are the specialty cars. I’d love to see another VW but I fear they’ll say its not cost effective enough to send it over.

One of the few cars that make me consider new car financing. VW sell this thing in the USA!
