Which Looks Better? The 2005 or 2010 Mustang?
By Rob Einaudi
Editor-in-Chief
The 2010 Mustang didn’t do so well in our pony car poll on Tuesday. So I’m wondering, are people just sick of looking at Mustangs? Or did Ford screw up with their 2010 refresh? Or both? Vote in our poll and then let us know your thoughts in the comments!

Wheels Stripped
Atomicalex
One of the perks of working for a large automotive chemistry supplier is that you can occasionally slip a personal job into the testing lab. Henkel’s been hard at work on a new paint stripper designed specifically for stripping aluminum wheels, and I just had to “help” out. I dragged my new Rials into work to try out the new chemistry and the results are fantastic! Next up is straightening, then polishing and paint. Check out a side-by-side and a closeup of the original order marks on one of the stripped barrels after the jump.
More Photoshops by Capsule

Yesterday I posted the awesome 1971 Road Runner van photoshop, done by Capsule from the Road Runner Nest. Well, here’s another one of his cool chops. Someone needs to build one of these rides. Two more after the jump!

Porsche Cayenne GTS Design Edition 3
By Jen Dunnaway

I find the whole luxury-SUV thing to be a fundamentally goofy concept, but at the same time, I can’t help finding the new Cayenne GTS to be at least moderately badass. It’s murdered out straight from the factory, and it’s packing 405 horsepower and a six-speed. Not bad for a high-dollar suburban cruiser–but possibly not the best choice for four-wheelin’. More pics after the jump.

Fremont Day Three
By Jen Dunnaway
Editor
Since CarDomain HQ moved to car-hating Fremont, I’ve found a whole new slew of things to be paranoid about, but one that never occurred to me was the prospect being towed from un-metered on-street parking. It’s been so long since I’ve had to regularly park any of my cars on the street that I’d forgotten this: you can get towed for having unpaid parking tickets. Any unpaid parking tickets. Crap! What else might they haul you away for? Expired tags? Vinyl top? Excessive pollution? I think I just felt my blood pressure go up a few points. If even this innocent-looking Kia can get jacked, then it’s only a matter of time before one of the CarDomain staff cars gets ticketed or towed. Which of us you think it’ll be?

America, Truck Yeah!
By David Clarke

Recession? What recession? That’s what I think when I lay my eyes on the two latest creations from Hulst Customs. Meet the “Striker” F-150 SuperCrew and F-350 Crew Cab Dually. Both trucks are rocking their factory powerplants, the F-150 with the 5.4 Triton V8 and the F-350 with its Powerstroke turbo-diesel. Their outsides, however, are anything but stock. See more…

Bodywork Saga Begins

Well seeing as I am new to the blog, most of you don’t know about my projects. I’ve got a ’67 Checker and an ’85 Mercury Cougar that take up most of my time, and right now I’m embarking on some major surgery on the Cougar. So it begins…
VW Kills the Wabbit

Honestly, I thought it was kind of silly when VW brought the Rabbit name back. But now they killed it again. For 2010, the Golf nameplate returns. Make up your mind, VW! Via Jalopnik

Hyundai Genesis vs. Lincoln MKS: Which Would You Choose?
By Rob Einaudi
Editor-in-Chief
This week’s Showroom Showdown pits a RWD V8 import vs. a FWD V6 domestic! Thanks to Michael for suggesting this match up! The Hyundai weighs 4,006 pounds and has a healthy 368 hp on tap. The Lincoln weighs 4,127 pounds and has just 270 hp. Both cars start just south of $40k. So, which would you choose?
