actually i did look up a 98 honda civic EX 2 door with a 5 speed and put in the same mileage as my truck on KBB.com, i added the options to make it worth as much as possible and its not even $6K, im not sure how much my truck is worth brand new because i bought it back in early 04 so i can’t say how much value it lost

and look, i have nothing against imports or small cars, the reason i said i coudl care less for a subaru is just because im not a car person unless its an old or newer muscle car with a V8, im just a V8 person, just like some people are strictly import people, i don’t disrepsect any car as a whole, only things i actually disrespect are the Ricers that make their cars look fast but don’t do anything performance wise to the car and then they’ll talk shit, if someone with a little honda does real engine work and amkes ti truely faster then i respect that, and like i said before, if i wanted something fast you think i would have a full size 4X4 truck? i would have gotten a V8 camaro and fixed it up even faster and better, but i just always want to have at least one truck just how i am, if i race someone and lose then oh well, if i win then cool but its not big deal

SouthernGuy8503- Look up how much a 98 Civic costs. It will be worth over 9k. And as the civic models get older they get rare, and they raise in value. My friend is looking to get a civic, and the early 90′s civic are at about 8k. And for a truck to be a 98 and only be 9k at this point, that is cheap. Look how much you paid for it when you bought it brand new, and how much a civic cost brand new. Which one lost more Value, the civic or your Chevy Silv.
Not trying to bash on you or your Silv, infact I do have a lot of respect for Chevy’s But the top trade in value cars are Honda and Toyota’s… reasoning… they are extremely reliable.

pimpster – i don’t give a shit if tis faster, if i wasn’t something with speed you really think i’d get a 4×4 truck? and you really think a honda is going to be worth something? just so you know cars lose value quicker than trucks do, in about 10 years look at how much a 2010 chevy silverado of the same value will be worth compared to the 2010 camaro SS in about 10 years and see which one is worth more, but of course your car will be worth more, its a damn 07, mines a 98, and guess what its still worth about $9,000 which ain’t a lot but its good for being 11 years old, see what your car is worth when its 11 years old, oh and a truck can drift, its RWD V8 power and tis light on the ass end so its almost perfect for drifting, i guess you didn’t see the vid posted on a blog of a Hemi dodage ram drifting around a circle, and if you say thats nto drifting then you must not know what drifting really is, i can start doing a doughnut without having to pull a little E-brake so ya its easier for anything with a V8 and RWD to drift

and just so everybody understands me, of course i know a 4X4 suspension can take more, no fucking shit, but my point was at the beginning that it could out handle that little car i was talking about, i wasn’t saying why, just my point was simple, my truck could out handle the car, simple as that

And who cares that you can go in a complete circle with you truck with a 4×4. That is what a truck is suppose to do. Try doing that with only FWD. Or do it with a RWD drifting in that Ramp. Oh wait, your POS Truck can’t drift.
Yes I drive a Civic. But least my car will be worth something when I want to trade it in, unlike your POS truck with your true dual exhaust.

dadaoso – the ramp i went on was a complete circle, the highway i was getting on is an over pass over the interstate i was leaving idiot, i was going south on the interstate and then got on the ramp to go east on the highway, try actually thinking about it

Southen Guy, if you did a complete circle you would be heading in the orignal direction. Think of your old coon dog cooter chasing his tail, I’ll wait….he don’t get to far huh? If you went from east to west or north to south it was a 180 degree on ramp. Im sure it was a nice bank, but nothing to get all spit while ya talking about. And shoot son, I thought y’all southern folks liked walmarts.
