Ryan’s Ford Glass-Top Bus

By Austin Knight

Gotadime

Every now and then, you come upon a true CarDomain gem that’s waiting to be discovered. Ryan’s 1946 Bus is without a doubt one of those gems. This glass-top bus, number 27 of approximately 44, is one of (if not the) last 1946 Ford glass-top buses in existence. Ryan’s dad managed to get his hands on it for a mere $400 back in 1984. It has since been fully restored and has been featured in shows such as “Jake and the Kid.” This thing truly is a piece of history. Make sure that you stop by his page and take a look!

Congratulations on the feature!!!

This is one rare vehicle and a piece of history. It’s good to see it get the recognition it deserves.

As I often say about your vehicles, any time you want to leave one in my driveway, that’ll be alright with me!

You’ve got a cool fleet.

I am truely honoured by this, and I really appreciate all of the kind words from the author and the commenters, it really helps give me ambition to do work on my cars and trucks!

Thanks everyone!

What an amazing find. Ryan’s ride page was informative and well done, not to mention educational! What a nice project for him and his family. What a great restoration job!
