The F-Bomb Does Burnouts and 180s for the Fast and Furious Sound Crew
By Rob Einaudi

This video was shot last summer at Willow Springs International Raceway. Too bad there’s music instead of the sound of the Nelson Racing Engines twin-turbo, but still, it’s pretty cool. More details on the shoot at BangShift.com

Fast and the Furious 5 to be set in Brazil!
By Rob Einaudi
Editor-in-Chief
Paul Walker just confirmed in a radio interview that he and Vin Diesel are set to star in the fifth The Fast and the Furious, which will be set in Brazil. The fourth installment brought in over $75 million in the first weekend, so this isn’t really a huge surprise. The Brazil location should be interesting. Via Jalopnik

First Challenger Drag Paks Delivered to Racing Legends
By Rob Einaudi

I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to see these Challengers with the Drag Pak hit the track. The first two were delivered to racing legends Big Daddy Don Garlits and Larry Griffith. I just found pics of Griffith tearing his down. Ma Mopar is building 100 or so of these to meet NHRA requirements, and apparently all of the 2009 cars are sold. My guess is that a bunch of them will be mothballed by collectors, which is kind of a shame. But hopefully we’ll see the Garlits and Griffith cars on the track soon!

Formula D Round 1 Streets of Long Beach Wrap Up
By Ryan Porter
IN-N-OUT Editor
This last weekend was the first round of Formula Drift 2009. The event was held at the crazy Streets of Long Beach where Formula D utilizes a portion of the Long Beach Grand Prix track. This year’s event was a little different, having a new bracketing structure where the top 32 cars go head-to-head right from the get go, creating more competition style racing for the fans.
In the end Ryan Tuerck took first place in the Gardella Racing/Mobile 1 Pontiac Soltice, followed by Samuel Hubinette in the NuFormz Racing/Mopar Dodge Viper. Tanner Foust took third in the Rockstar Scion Racing tC.

2010 Audi TTS: is the S Missing?
Weston Henderson
Over the weekend I went to the Audi dealerships to get a closer look at the newly redesigned Audi TTS. At first it hits you as a beautiful car: great lines, aggressive looking, nice interior, the complete package! That is, until you look under the hood and realize it has the same motor as my ’08 GTI! What was Audi thinking putting a 2.0T 4 cylinder motor in a $55,000 car? It puts down 265 HP at the flywheel and has all wheel drive, but is that enough? I mean nothing against my motor, but if I’m going to spend for the “S,” then I want the true “S” or sport feeling. I’m pretty sure that my motor after the modifications is putting down around 250, and it isn’t nearly fast enough to warrant $55,000. What do you guys think? Did Audi blow it?

Imperial Palace Collection

Hemmings
You wouldn’t think I’d visit Las Vegas without hitting up the Imperial Palace collection, would you? The last time I visited the town, I kicked myself for not making the time to see it, especially considering the fact that I stayed in the hotel immediately next to the Imperial Palace, so I swore I wouldn’t miss it this time. Toyo Tires Ramen
By Ben Schaffer
The Real JDM
Tire flavored ramen!!! I just found these pics extremely odd and had to share. It seems Toyo partnered up with Nissin ramen in Japan for a tire promotion. Tires and Ramen sure seem like an odd pairing but hey, who could refuse a free promotional cup or ramen?

BN Sports Kitted Supra
By Rob Einaudi

Andy at Powervehicles often picks up some pretty crazy looking cars at auctions, or via tuning shops he deals with. This JZA80 Supra is no exception, especially the wild BN Sports Blister kit it has been fitted with. The in your face drift look seems to suit the big Supra quite well, just take a look at how the front and rear fenders have been blistered out. A rear brake cooling ducts have been worked into the rear fenders, but whether these are functional or not is not quite clear. Continue reading at Speedhunters

Mustang Garage

I really liked this display Ford set up for the 2010 Mustang in New York. Not sure what I think of the new brown interior in the red car, though! Tons more pics for Mustang fans after the jump!
