Questionable Road Sign

By Katherine Helmetag

I saw this while driving to Ohio last week. Yes, it says “For Traffic Info Visit www.mi.gov/drive”. When did it become acceptable to surf the web in your car while driving? Did I miss something?

This reminds me of that Family Guy episode where the news anchor says,”And now for the traffic report, which is no good to you because you are somewhere where a TV is”. I’m not sure if that’s exactly what was said but it’s something like that. :D

well you can memorize it to go to it later on or if someone else is in the car with you get them to write it down, also if someone is with you and has a laptop with a wireless internet card then they can go there while your still drive, but i do see it could cause trouble by making someone thats alone trying to write it down wile driving or someone alone with a laptop try to go on ther while driving, some people will do anything while driving these days

That is sad that they just couldn’t post the information on that sign, which is what it is for. You should complain!
