Biker Runs Red Light, T-Bones Cop

In the Freshman, there’s a great scene where Matthew Broderick says; “there’s a certain freedom to being completely screwed.” But far more often than not, there’s no benefit to being completely screwed, and that goes double if you’ve just blown a red light and t-boned a police cruiser with you motorcycle. Ouch. All this guy can be thankful for is the fact he’s going to walk into the slammer under his own power, instead of being rolled in on a gurney. In all seriousness though, I’m always amazed when bikers collide with cars and escape unscathed. I’ve had several friends who’ve been involved in car vs. motorcycle incidents, and none were in any condition to ride for weeks—and sometimes months—afterward.

The guy looks pretty stunned and is probably only upright thanks to a huge jolt of adrenaline. (Been there.) As far as trying to jump on the bike and ride away, the rider probably couldn’t recall that he even had been riding a bike at that point, much less the clarity of mind to find it.

After popping up he should have run over and jumped on his bike before it toppled over and then took off. Now THAT would have made a great video!

I think its great that he hit a cop! Bikers now days are dangerous on the road, I know I’ve seen many of them on the highways weaving dangerously. I’m not saying all of them do that, but where I live its something I see daily.

lol…I saw this bike last saturday at my friends house B4 we go riding. the bike is all fup and i believe his in jail…. thats what he get from being a dumbass… he also dont have a motorcycle endorsement.

hahahahaha sucks to be him, although he is lucky he didnt get hurt, Well its definitely a ticket for him but hopefully his insurance covers the damages LOL but did you catch the way he rolled over the cop cars hood and hit the floor and just popped back up, Priceless =D

I can’t believe the bike was still upright and coasting for that long… every crash I’ve seen it topples over and screeches to a halt. Atleast its off the road too.

dgaf – haha that might actually work, your comment made me think of the movie “Tommy Boy” with Chris Farley, David Spade had been drinking and they got blue lighted, Chris started to swirve side to side and then they pulled over in a field, when they got out they both went “bees bees bees” or something like that, made the cops think it was bees all around so the cops went away, i know its just a movie but that might actually work lol
