Xcessive Raceway For Sale

I found Katherine’s recent story about the Daytona being sold by the IRS really interesting. As a result I spent most of my lunch searching the IRS website for “bargains.” I think I finally hit pay-dirt when I came across the Xcessive Raceway. This former drag strip, which is located in Texas, is coming up for auction. How fantastic would it be to own your own drag strip? Unfortunately it looks like it needs a lot of work. price is 325,000. for another 200,000 you could upgrade the builings. advertise and make that back in a few years. Seems like a good investment for true motor heads

It’s appraised at a half mil. Chances are since it’s a tax auction, it will go for far less.
