Changing a Tire During a Wheelie? What?
By John Coyle
Deputy Editor
When you have a fast sport bike—and let’s face it, they’re all fast—getting the front end to come up isn’t particularly difficult. And it’s even easier if you’ve got a passenger clinging on for dear life. But changing a tire while the bike is up? That’s completely crazy, even with a chase truck and an obviously experienced tech turning the wrench. The shots of this rider ripping along with no front wheel just blew me away. Don’t try this at home, or at the track, or with professional supervision or anywhere. Jeepers!

I didn’t know the ambiguously gay duo did stunts.

What would’ve been funny is if they ended up losing control after making a simple turn even after doing that lol
But seriously that took some balls/talent, the driver had to compensate for the weight changes when maintaining that wheelie and everything

Took me until the end of the video to realize there was someone else on the bike driving it for him… Im sure it wasn’t easy, but it wasn’t impressive after I saw the other guy. Id like to either see him change that front tire while hes the only one on there, or him change the back tire in a wheelie(even with someone else driving lol)

At the end I realized there are two guys on the motorcycle. At first I thought it was one serious multi-tasker. Still some mad skills to do that.

When they landed back on two wheels, the guy changing the tire was facing the pavement. I think I’d be more afraid of riding with my face almost on top of a fast spinning tire than the rest… serious skill

That had to take a few miles of straight stretch. Glad to see they pulled off safely
