Ok I read this in a BMW mag,bimmer is for cars and bemmer is for bmw motor cycles.
As for this ride it stands up to any new stuff I’ve seen recently.

Bimmer = BMW Automobiles

Beamer = BMW Motorcycles

I’d say that it can work as either “Bimmer” or “Beamer”. They both essentially say the same thing and since it’s really just a slang word, there isn’t a “set in stone” correct spelling. I personally have only seen “Bimmer” though.
