My neighbor just won a brand-new Camaro through a raffle drawing–totally serious. I’m not sure whether or not to tell him about our review.

I live in Vegas and I’ve already seen two of these bad boys on the road (not to mention the 10 or so at SEMA). I saw an SS in front of a local OfficeMax and the RS cruising on the freeway. They look beefy, really aggressive. But I’d still rather own the Mustang. The new Mustang has enough power, what’s the point of having so much more? In appearance, the Mustang still has the “daily commute” appeal to it, where as the Camaro just looks like it’s pickin for a fight. And I’m sure I’m a few pennies short of a quarter when I say this, but imagine burning up a piston ring or something on your Camaro SS. Since Obama has taken over GM, what are the chances you’ll be able to find parts? I’ll gamble my chances with the Mustang.

M45, the review was from a group of writers who drove the car and didn’t just drool over pictures because it’s a Chevy. How does that make it stupid that they gave honest opinions? Go rent the damn thing yourself and do an intelligent review. Problem solved!

You may find it hard to believe but i still have not seen one. maybe its because there are so many mustangs and challengers in the phoenix area and the bowtie guys are not happy with what GM has offered them. Also with the number of forclosures in this area nobody can get the financing.

The review was spot on, the SS is the only model worth the hype. Something about the continuous production of the Mustang may have helped. Well he gets the story that he won it so at least he didn’t spend much money on it.

If its a SS he should be one happy SOB. If its a v6 he should still be happy b/c it beats the Mustang.
