Is this the stupidest idea of all time? It was built for the Portland 24 Hours of Lemons, but I doubt even those organizers will let this one anywhere near the track. Via Jalopnik

wouldn’t even provide enough boost to offset the drag it creates. The inventor’s brain, that is. I expect similar performance from his creation.
