Ed Roth Corvette
By Jen Dunnaway
Editor-at-Large
I’m stoked to check out this year’s crop of nostalgic rods at SEMA, so it warmed my heart to see this Ed Roth tribute car parked outside the main hall. Maybe not as unmistakably signature as some of Big Daddy’s asymmetrical originals, but it gets the point across. See more below!

Odd. It makes me thing the Pope could hop in it any minute and drive off. This is what the weekend ride for the pope looks like.

Ok, I still think that it’s rare to find a custom vette that looks better than it did the day it rolled off the showroom floor. Especially when we are talking about a C3 body style. I do have to admit that this one is pretty cool but I’d take a factory stock C3 over this any day. I don’t agree that it’s hideous like I_Luv_Dusty said but I do agree that it kinda looks like something out of a cartoon.

That is hideous. It looks like something from a bad 1970s cartoon.
