being a good driver means you take notice of surroundings before you even get in your car. As you walk to it, don’t look at your feet or pick your belly button lint. There’s a time and place for that. Just look around as you make your way to the car. Nothing intensive, just pan the eyeballs from left to right or right to left while the brain takes note of any possible hazard.

Anyway i can get this advice to that guy? I sense he still hasn’t figured it out but alas… there are so many other ways he has the potential to screw up and like me he’s past his prime.

I disagree. If you watch, the guy straightens out, then cranks the wheel again. And if you don’t know what direction the wheels are pointed in the first two seconds of movement, then you shouldn’t be behind the wheel in the first place. All on that moron.

Still a little fault lies on the guy who parked it (if not the owner as well). Never park a car with the wheels turned. I’ve seen a few accidents like this; usually backing up. Shame!
