512 Boxer vs. Countach: Which Would You Choose?

For this week’s eBay Motors Showdown, I present you with two cars that dominated magazine covers when I was a kid. This 1984 Ferrari 512 BBi looks to be a nice red/black example from the last year of production. And this 1987 Lamborghini Countach was a special order car for Mario Andretti. Which would you choose?

I drove the heavy clutch & steering Countach so I opt for the Ferrari.

The Lamorghini for sure, with the two hot girls from cannonball run!
and im 20 and that has been my favorite movie since i can remember!!!

Well first of all i choose the lambo just because its got more power and second im having the same problem i was with this blog that being i cannot comment on my computer cuzz it always says im not signed in and when i try to sign in it leads me to the member lobby the only way i can actually comment is through my iphone

ever seen Cannonball Run? hahaha that lambo in the pic reminds me of that one. i’m gunna have to go lambo on this one. sometimes the sheer ridiculousness is a lot more fun than the flat out style of the ferrari.

I absolutely love both cars! The 512 is my favorite from Ferrari, and the Countach is my favorite from Lamborghini. But, if I had to pick one, it would probably be the 512.

Tough decision. Both were dream exotics when I was a kid. AS I am watching an old Magnum, PI rerun right now, though, I am going with the Ferrari!

Without doubt, Countach! Probably one of the most revolutionary cars known to man, plus it’s responsible for Lamborghini’s existence! Nothing against the 512 though, astounding car.
