Vertical Doors Continued
By Ron Honig
WaytooFurious
I had a bit of a laugh to myself when I saw Jen’s recent piece on vertical doors. To be honest I have only ever thought that they look cool on Lambos, but that’s just me. Lots of people still love them. However if you really want to be different why not try some gull wings? The kits are available, but it seems that given the opportunity most people opt for vertical doors. Here’s an example of an Aussie Charger with vertical doors that I saw at the recent All Chrysler Day at Fairfield, and a 300C at Caribbean Gardens. More pics after the jump.

Oh an gullwing conversions? LOL you must be kidding me. There gotta be a lot more work and budget to do that, and a lot more cars that simply cannot work with that mod.

The Chrysler? seen worse with the lambos in front and standards in back but still… it don’t look right.

The coupes? Never seen Lambos on rides like these. Kinda sitting on the fence leaning toward “no” because of their age. I think of Lambo hinges in terms of newer rides, but maybe its just me being an old fart.
