Rotting DeLorean in Northern California
By Rob Einaudi
Editor-in-Chief
The guy who found this has made several attempts to reach the owner of the car and property, but has gotten no response. The most ironic part is the new car cover sitting inside the car! More pics after the jump! Via Fiero.com

I just picked myself up a new, unused, still in the original shipping crate DeLorean. Only cost me $1.50. Sure it may be a Hot Wheels but I’m going to take better care of it than this guy.

Since the majority of the car is stainless, then the restoration should be minimal, right?? There are obvious steel components that will need buffed or replaced, but with the exception of that and the added forest filth, it looks like it did nearly 30 years ago!! Wish I could say that about all the cars I’ve found in the woods.
