Corvette Goes Slip Slidin’ Away!

This pure speculation, but given the dealer plates on the ‘Vette, we’re going to guess the moron behind the wheel was out for a test drive when this happened. Southern Cali’s freeways are famously slippery in the wet, so we can’t say why he thought it was a good idea to pound the throttle, but if he was trying to get away from the Justin Beiber track these girls were playing, we totally understand. Only pure luck keeps him from stuffing that hot machine into the wall. Yikes.

I agree that he was just trying to show off at the wrong time, but I will give him credit for a decent recovery.

well around here the dealer wouldn’t let just anybody test drive a C6 Corvette especially without a salesman with you so im thinking the guy driving wasn’t that young but mid 20s (around my age) at the most. hell around here they won’t even let you test drive it until they run your credit score and make sure you even have the money for the Vette before test driving one. and ya i agree with CDB thatit must have been the first car with a V8 the guy had drove. and yes i know its no way of telling for sure that it was a guy but its obvious, only a guy would do something like that knowing its a car with girls watching you and the girls sounded like they wasn’t even old enough to legally drink so he was just trying to show off which was a FAIL. if you don’t know how to drive or handle it then don’t drive it.
