Words cannot describe… Ok, they can, but I’m lazy and anyway you’re probably better off reading the full thread at Honda-Tech.com

This is truly an impressive piece of work. I admire the amount of work that must have been put into this. I wish I knew how to do something like that.
Apr 26, 2010 at 11:10 am
WOW click the link at the top and see the amazing transformation from a Subaru WRX to a honda civic AMAZING.
Apr 23, 2010 at 11:28 am
wow. i really admire the work that went into this car, but not take it to a few shows and show something unprecedented with a Civic?? THAT boggles me. the daily driver part i get, but not show off his hard work? either way, nicely done.

wow sick bet its fast to cant wait to see more
Apr 23, 2010 at 5:59 am
Awesome job on this car, If I was him I would want ot show the car. ITs one of a kind and will inspire many. I would love to have it.
Apr 22, 2010 at 7:27 pm
Not bad. Pretty good work
Apr 22, 2010 at 6:44 pm
and thats not really half assed. look at all the fabrication work he had to do. once its done it will be sick.
Apr 22, 2010 at 6:42 pm
wow.nice.someone will be like. Lets Race! ok seeya
Apr 22, 2010 at 5:31 pm
Wow! i just went to the link, hes got it pretty much done! thats sick!
Apr 22, 2010 at 5:28 pm
oh and the car IS painted minus front bumper
Apr 22, 2010 at 5:27 pm
i get the work it took to do the match up but did you see the gap between the doors and fender?
Apr 22, 2010 at 5:21 pm
why didnt he just swap the drivetrain? its origional and all, i cant wait to see it done(no real project is pretty during construction). hell, an easier swap would have been to utilize and reinforce the drivetrain of an AWD CRV and cut and hack and weld the new channels. but it looks like its gonna be a beast.
Apr 22, 2010 at 4:29 pm
It does sound like he did a half ass job. Still the concept is great. Good job for attempting it but he should put more effort.
Apr 22, 2010 at 3:49 pm
how on earth is this half-assed??? because you need to spend thousands to have a unique, performance oriented machine? because its not painted yet? hes got 5300 in the entire vehicle. this is far from half assed. just look at the fender work alone.
Apr 22, 2010 at 2:31 pm
pretty cool but why try to do something different and crazy and half-ass the job?
Apr 22, 2010 at 1:20 pm
that is wicked awesome.I really thought this was going to be bad but it turned out great
Apr 22, 2010 at 12:23 pm
what the hell cant wait to see it finished
Apr 22, 2010 at 6:07 am

WOW…the thread was amazing…I didnt expect it to come out so clean looking,he did a fantastic job!…I WANT to do this, not with a civic though.
Apr 22, 2010 at 2:30 am
do not judge this car here on CarDomain, you need to visit the thread, here it looks like crap but this guy deserves all the respect you can give a car guy… he did incredible work in the final stages of this project…Go check out the final pics….this is the exception to the rule boys and girls… a mash up that turned out very well….well thought out, well executed!!!
Apr 22, 2010 at 12:33 am
looks like shit on CD… but in the orginal thread, its a beast!
Apr 21, 2010 at 9:28 pm
well this picture doesnt look very good but seeing the rest of the thread im very much impressed, not a big fan of these generation Civics but overall it looks very nicely done, kudos to whoever did it lol
Apr 21, 2010 at 7:56 pm
That’s pretty slick. I’d love to do the same with an MGB body and a Miata chassis.
Apr 21, 2010 at 7:33 pm
$5300 the total cost of his bill its down right the nasty i give the man all the respect in the world for what he did he gives all us do-it yourselfers hope. the man is a king in my book.
Apr 21, 2010 at 7:13 pm
that is very different thing to do, but unique to combine the frame of one car w/the body of another…i’m jealous..lol
