NYIAS: Scion tC and iQ Modified by Five Axis
By Rob Einaudi
Editor-in-Chief
I wasn’t very impressed by the “new” tC but I have to say that Five Axis did an amazing job with it. Their iQ was pretty cool, too. More pics after the jump, including all the specs!

NYIAS: Aston Martin
By Rob Einaudi

Aston Martin is building the most beautiful cars on the road these days, pure and simple. This V8 Vantage Coupe in Gulf livery almost killed me. More pics of the Aston booth after the jump, which includes a DBS Carbon Black Special Edition and the stunning Rapide Coupe.

Jeep set up this little fun park ride outside of Javits. I was hoping I’d get to drive but no such luck. Still, I had fun talking to the driver while Naderi snapped photos. More pics and a video after the jump!

Arlen Vanke’s ’68 Super Stock Barracuda For Sale on eBay
By Jen Dunnaway
Editor
Wow, this thing is gorgeous. It’s in absolutely immaculate condition following a two-year resto that left all the important bits in place–like the last set of tires that Arlen Vanke raced it on. In 1968, the Super Stock option was a race-only package put together by Mopar, with so-equipped vehicles being shipped to the Hurst plant for final assembly. This one’s got the 426 Hemi built by Vanke himself with the crossram intake and dual-quad Holleys along with an epic list of other performance goodies–it required a factory-relocated right-hand shock tower, master cylinder, and battery just to accommodate all the hugeness. It’s amazing to think that back in the day, if you had enough money you could walk into a dealership and order one of these. More incredible still is that Best of Show Automotive now wants $1.1M for this historic Barracuda. Will they get it? Check out the auction here!

Rolls-Royce in Kentucky? AND It’s Right-Side Drive?
By Alex Vickers
Katakuna
Okay, I admit that seeing such a vehicle doesn’t really have the same effect on me as it did before I joined CarDomain. But seeing one out in the middle of nowhere, in mint condition and with the steering wheel on the wrong side still evokes a dropped jaw or two. Not only was it the first time I’d ever seen a Rolls-Royce up close, but it was also the first right-side-drive vehicle I’ve ever seen in person. Continue reading "Rolls-Royce in Kentucky? NYIAS: The New Infiniti QX: A Revolting SUV
By Jim Brennan
UDMan
Infiniti’s new full-size QX SUV, unveiled yesterday, is possibly the ugliest SUV ever produced. The Infiniti design paradigm really went offtrack with this redesign, with an extra wide grill that only a fish would recognize and a peculiar reverse slant to the D-pillar. The inside is quite inviting, and it’s the best place to be if you’re sickened with the looks of this thing.
