Where would you go if you wanted to work on your drift technique? Well, if you were these guys, you’d find the most crowded public road in your neighborhood and practice amongst the locals. Not sure about the traffic laws in the country where this video was filmed, but I’m glad people can’t get away with this here!

This is why we can’t have nice things. It’s like a cargo cult or something, except instead of making the trappings of modern civilization out of coconut shells and palm fronds, they actually have the cars, computers, phones, and guns, but absolutely no cultural framework to restrict what they do with them.

There are several moments in that video where it looks like the drifter hits other cars, but there’s no reaction and his car is always undamaged. It’s amazing.
Crazy, stupid and unbelievably dangerous, but amazing.

So they’ll stone men to death for not growing beards and cut off women’s fingers for wearing nail polish… buuuut… potentially fatal, stupid driving on crowded roads doesn’t elicit a response. Well, I guess the morality police is too busy to give these guys a ticket.
