Ran into this lil’ red rocket as I pulled into a Home Depot. Owner said that it’s all electric and the only one in the states. I believe him because you’d have to be nuts to drive this tiny tyke where every other car is a mammoth SUV. Red is for road kill.

He didn’t know how long a charge would last, ’cause he plugs it in when he gets home. But he did say that it was fun to drive and it gets the attention. Kudos to the guts. More pics below the jump.

Tim, I tried to Google “Cityel Fact4″. I got nothing. Who the heck makes this thing? I’ve never seen heard or read anything about this other than your post.

I wonder if it’s something new that’s emerging in the U.S. market, or if it’s an obscure (and destined to remain that way) retro EV.

I can tell you right now, the button down targa top does nothing for me, but I’m curious about its operational specs.
