Bullitt - The Mustang I’ve Been Waiting For

I’m a huge fan of the S197 Mustang, and the Bullitt is my favorite version yet. Maybe it’s the Dark Highland Green. Maybe it’s the no frills look. But this car is just perfect. More pics after the jump and I shot a quick vid, too.

These Bullit editions are so sweet, i was too young to see the movie new but have seen it afew times now, awesome movie and even sweeter new edition of the car, i was checking one out at the Toronto CIAS and there priced really resonably too

Sometimes playing it simple and staying true to your roots beats all. McQueen would be proud.

I want one!!! Did you guys see the Motor Trend article? Chad McQueen took this baby out on the chase route. Seeing two nearly identical photos taken 40 years apart really says it all. The only difference was this Bullitt had less body roll than his dad’s GT 390.
